It's an honor and so blessed that I met with u sir through physiocicle. I met with an acl tear ligament injury which I have been reconstructed. But after 7 months I was unable to jog also. Walking was amazing but the issue is that I wasn't able to run. Then through Google I came to the physiocicle. Physiotherapy is something which we all usually ignore but with the help of Dr. Abhishek's Physiocircle clinic, I was able to maintain my Sciatica issue. I had severe sciatica like pain and I am glad I chose this clinic. In the first session itself, Poonam ma'am diagnosed the exact problem which was actually a piriformis muscular pain. The therapy sessions she the chose were super effective and they helped in minimising the pain in just 2-3 sessions. The exercises suggested were also easy and effective.
